The Firm was founded in 2012 by the two Principals—graduates of Harvard & Yale/Columbia – each of whom has over 25 years experience in International Law & Business Consulting in premier law firms, Fortune 50 companies, and work with industry trade associations (government relations and lobbying).
The Firm focuses on providing services to companies coming to or operating in the United States,
US companies going abroad, and international business arrangements between third party countries.
The Principals manage the Firm and personally provide the Law & Consulting services, supplemented, as necessary, by numerous closely associated, similarly experienced experts covering all essential law and business disciplines throughout the world.
A special area of competence of Grames Cunningham & Associates LLC is representing health sciences/pharmaceutical companies.
